Numerous studies show that leadership is a skill that can be learned. This requires well-designed vocational training. It is about the next concrete step in personal development that can be learned. For example: Result Orientation means something different to a trainee, department head, managing director, or owner. The topic is the same, but the awareness is different. The same applies to the tasks of "Developing People," "Fulfilling Corporate Purpose," or "Creating Systems."
The contents of Leading Simple© describe a leadership system that symbolizes leading with your head, hands, and heart . The head wants to understand what it needs to do, i.e., which tasks are truly crucial. The hands want to know what to grab hold of, i.e., which leadership tools are available. The heart is guided by the why, by principles and values.

The key question for a leader is:
How can I make myself redundant while the results keep getting better?
- What happens to you when you read this question?
- What emotions, images, and above all feelings arise?
- Could it be that resistance is emerging?
- Does this question make you curious, or do you think you already know the answer?
When I first heard this question, I was fascinated by the reaction it triggered in me. At the time, I was a member of the management team at a consumer goods company. I knew that something had to change if we wanted to continue growing successfully. In my previous role as leader , I leader a very high level of expertise in my field. However, when it came to leadership, I acted more instinctively and followed the example of my superior. How was I supposed to know any better? The motto was "You either have leadership skills or you don't!" I'm sure I don't need to mention that this approach is doomed to failure. Listening to the audiobook Leading Simple© brought me both insight and relief:
Leadership can be learned systematically—just like any other profession.
When I realized that anyone who truly wants to invest in themselves and their transformation can become an effective leader, I recognized the next logical step. I wanted an answer to the question, "How can I make myself redundant while the results keep getting better?"
I wanted to tackle new challenges and have more time for the really important tasks. I was extremely interested in how I could free myself and others from direct leadership and enable the people in my organization to become successful on their own—through indirect leadership.
If you want to know what systems you need to create for this, I recommend reading the following blog post: Creating Systems.

My recommendation if you are seriously looking for an answer to the key question for leaders: Come to our seminar "Leading Simple© – Successful Indirect Leadership – Through Systems." There are many leadership seminars of varying quality. Some focus on leadership styles, others work with leadership theories or checklists ...
... we don't do that! What do we do differently?
We work with the following approach:
- strong people.
- strong results.
- strong companies.
Just imagine: you and the leader your organization had a unified vision of leadership! Communication and mutual understanding would be smoother. When there is clarity regarding the tasks, tools, and principles of effective leadership, many things become easier. The results improve. There are two skills that ensure a successful future for strong leaders:
- Successful DIRECT Leadership – From Person to Person
How to systematically develop a person's potential through direct communication.
- Successful INDIRECT Leadership – Through Systems
The answer to the question: How can I make myself redundant while the results keep getting better?
That's why you're not really happy.
Why success and fulfillment have nothing to do with each other.
