"What do you understand by personality?" Silence in the seminar room. Thoughtful glances ask themselves and others: "Yes, how do we sum up personality?" Perhaps like this: Think about what your impact was like ten years ago per hour and what it is like today. Hopefully, your impact is greater and more intense today. Will it be even greater in ten years? Then the question is: Why wait? Anyone who understands this understands the essence of personality development. Namely, increasing your impact per unit of time. And that includes your impact on yourself (self-management) and on others.
It's not about the classic mistake of increasing the amount of time spent to achieve the same effect. Working harder and increasing the impact through sheer volume. Doing the same thing and expecting better results. Incidentally, that's one definition of stupidity. Achieving more through volume. Not through intensity. You have to learn this fateful choice: increasing the quality or quantity of time spent. That's what your development is all about. Great personalities reach people in a very special way. Perhaps that is why the Latin word per-sonare means "to sound through." That fits. A personality "sounds through" people instead of drowning them out; it "tunes" people instead of overpowering them.
Living inner freedom
Great personalities also don't take so many things personally anymore. They have gained a healthy distance from themselves. This smacks of lived, inner freedom. But how do I achieve this greater concentrated effect? Naturally, by constantly learning and developing myself. This learning goes far beyond knowledge and experience. It is about genuine transformation. There are different levels of learning. Levels of learning that can be as individual as people are different. Each of these levels of learning consists of new, deeper knowledge and insight. This then leads to smarter and more far-sighted actions with significantly better results.
Learning levels – a few examples
- Level: You learn to believe in yourself more.
Setting and achieving goals strengthens your self-confidence. - Level: You learn to fight for your success.
From struggle and commitment to relaxed persistence. - Level: You learn that it doesn't matter what others say about you.
You increasingly follow your inner compass. - Level: You learn to involve your partner.
An intact family is the backbone of a fulfilling life. - Level: You learn that your life cannot revolve solely around professional success.
Success without fulfillment is poor. Poor in spirit. - Level: You learn that you serve things that are greater than yourself.
A developed ego transforms itself from "I" to "we." - Level: You learn to delegate.
You answer the question: How can I make myself redundant while the results keep getting better? - Level: You learn that no success lasts forever.
Produce results, let go. Produce, let go. A cycle. - Level: True fulfillment means knowing and living the purpose of your life.
From "What must I do?" to "What do I want?" to "What am I meant to do?" - You hand over your life's work to the next generation and let go.
Of course, these examples may not apply to you and your life in exactly the same way. Everyone has the task of finding and climbing their own learning levels. But if you go through the individual points with concentration, don't you also feel the intensity of each of the ten insights? The power they unleash?
I sincerely hope that you recognize, acknowledge, and master your next personal learning level. That is pure fulfillment!
Yours, Boris Grundl

Always with the question: "What can I take away from this topic for myself and my life?" In the video "Dealing with Time," for example, he talks about the distinction between "time quality vs. time quantity":
Summertime is over, and the clocks are being changed. But what does time actually mean? Consider the example of Chronos and Kairos: the Greek god Chronos represents the passage of time, while Kairos represents the right moment. The "higher, faster, further" craze leads us to increase the quantity of time. This initially produces better results, but in the long run, its success is limited. Boris Grundl counters this with his principle of "more flexible, clearer, deeper": you don't need more time, you need to use your given time more intensively. Make your life your best teacher and become the best you can be.
