Everyone is talking about"transformation."There is so much that needs to be transformed. Digital technology, of course, comes first. The term itself sounds technical. And as if one were being forced to change. When we talk about the "transformation of human beings," it gets even worse. That is why "learning" is even more important in human development. The word is familiar to us. In school and training, we dutifully learn the numbers, data, and facts about many important topics—which is definitely right and helpful. Learning greatly promotes cognitive connections in the brain.
How a person uses this knowledge to serve others is transformation.
Knowledge describes what characterizes chemical compounds. How these are applied in product development is transformation. How electronics and mechanics work is knowledge. How both can be harmonized to make people's lives easier is transformation.
Google openly admits that its best employees are not graduates of top universities. Rather, they are people who have been able to transform a great personal loss into intellectual growth—in other words, who have transformed their pain. Here, the concept of consciousness takes on a whole new raison d'être beyond its misuse by dubious lifestyle movements. After a transformation, our view of the world is different. Our respect for the "miracle of life" has grown into a new consciousness.
Both are important
Through learning, we can clearly recognize "what" we see and describe it in technical terms. This is a great and important skill. When it comes to transformation, we are aware of "where" we and others are looking at something from. In other words, we are aware of the fundamental worldview with which we look at something. It describes character. Both are important!
We can see this in practice at a successful meeting: outstanding professional competence is present (high level of knowledge). However, the experts' level of self-affirmation is low (high level of transformation). What do you think? Does the meeting add up the expertise needed to find the best solutions and thus achieve more? Or less, because someone still wants to be right or is fighting against competitors? The potential conflict here can be identified more specifically by making a high-quality distinction and transformed through training:
Person and competence
Have you ever noticed that people who place more value on the individual tend to come across as more likeable and approachable, while those who are more task-oriented are perceived as more distant and aloof? We can probably all agree that a person with a high level of expertise and a strong people-oriented approach is someone with a "lasting personality." That should leader the goal of every leader . The right mix of likeability and competence. Warm and consistent in their approach. The topic has been transformed and awareness has changed.
Some experts believe that transformation can be triggered either by an "unsolvable dilemma" (crisis) or by a "prolonged experience of meaning" (deep insight). However, both are difficult. Yet human transformation has never been more important than it is today.
So fill yourself with as much meaning as possible and let others share in it constantly. Don't wait until crises force you to transform. Whether as a person, family, or company. Become less of a teacher and more of a transformer for others. And allow me to conclude with a question: Where is your point in the square, and where should you move to?

Always with the question: "What can I take from this topic for myself and my life?" In the New Year's video for 2019, he also talks about the distinction between "learning and transforming."
Change means transforming existing knowledge into action. In this video, Boris Grundl explains how people can transform cognitive understanding into actual benefits in the form of results. Because only when you manage to anchor knowledge in your subconscious can you deliver results without thinking. Essentially, it is not important to know many things, but to be able to do a few things and demonstrate this through results. Only then can you achieve the art of transformation and become the best you can be.
