The year is drawing to a close, even though it has only just begun. This phenomenon of relative perception of time has something to do with the qualitative use of time. Our year also flew by. Because we asked ourselves the question back in January:
What do we want to have achieved by the end of the year?
Our clear answer: the Grundl Leadership Online Academy.
A year full of results
We gathered ideas and considered what content would be relevant to you—in order to provide you with the best possible support for your transformation. The results of the workshop finally took shape over the course of the year: today, we have a clear concept in our hands and can look back on 150 hours of filming. The technical setup of our online platform is now so advanced that it can be used intuitively—including our first course, "magnifying glass sprinkler, sprinklerwhich went online in June.
With such strong results, we can help you become the best person you can be. That is our goal. That is what we are passionate about. We have developed a huge amount of content for you, created tests, and much more. Our final step is to implement your feedback—so that you get the best results. We look forward to sharing this with you in full soon. So stay tuned!
Our highlights in 2019
At the end of the year, we not only look ahead, but also look back together with you. We started 2019 with a socially relevant result: the publication of the 2018 Responsibility Index. The Responsibility Index measures how responsibility is handled responsibility society so that we can learn from it—for ourselves, as a company, but also for the community. This enables us responsibility with responsibility wisely now and in the future and to benefit from it. We want to end the current year in the same way, with the evaluation of the survey for 2019.
The World Leadership Summit in Cologne was another highlight: as one of eight selected speakers, Boris Grundl spoke immediately before the highlight of the evening—a moderated discussion with President Barack Obama.
In June, Mediation DACH e.V. awarded Boris Grundl the 2019 Win-Win Innovation Prize in the category of leadership and self-management for his many years of experience and work as a leadership expert.
With the open seminar "Stand Up! Decisions," we were able to record our largest seminar to date with almost 50 participants. Another result in 2019 that we are very proud of. In particular, the redesign of all seminars brought us a big step forward. As part of this, our continuing education seminar on Leading Simple Coach © took place for the first time at the end of June. At the end of July, Boris Grundl also published his new book "Get Up! The End of All Excuses." We sold more than 1,000 copies within just one week.

Set your goals for the new year wisely
As we head into the new year, we don't want to remind you about your New Year's resolutions. For one simple reason: people set short-term goals just in time for the new year. In principle, that's not a bad idea. But by February at the latest, those good intentions are usually forgotten—and everything is back to the way it was before. As an institute, we are clearly focusing on developing our online academy in 2020. Why not try this approach yourself? Ask yourself: What do I want to have achieved by the end of 2020? It's not an easy task, but it's one that's worth doing if you want to be successful in the long term. Because that's what we want for you. So give it a try. With this in mind, we wish you all the best for 2020.
