In today's blog post, we would like to give you an insight into the impact of our seminar "The Power of Language" using images and video material rather than text. We have completely revamped our seminar. And perhaps you too can achieve greater clarity, depth, and flexibility in terms of communication and, above all, self-reflection.
Our seminar always starts on Thursday evening: participants register between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. Until the first block begins at 7:25 p.m., participants have time to arrive, eat dinner, and make initial contacts.
Energetic signature
In terms of content, the evening begins with the core topic of the seminar series—the energetic signature. There are many communication and rhetoric seminars with different approaches. Some deal with body language. Others with persuasiveness, quick-wittedness, or voice training. We don't do that! What do we do differently? We focus on the combination of understanding and being understood. In other words:
Information processing and impulses for action
Our experience shows that the power of communication is largely influenced by your energetic signature. It springs from the deepest core of every human being. If you are inwardly uncertain, this uncertainty will show itself in all channels of communication. If you are moderately competent, you can initially cover this up. But even this core will become visible over time. We are convinced that the consistent development of your energetic signature is the best investment you can make in your communication effectiveness.
As mentioned, there are two important and distinct skills that determine your effectiveness as a communicator:
- Information processing
Understanding: One skill is to deeply understand how you and other people take in and process information.
Being understood: Another skill is demonstrated in how you and other people take powerful action through communication.
There is a separate seminar for each of these areas of expertise. It doesn't matter which "Power of Language©" seminar you start with. What is important is that you understand and apply the content of both seminars!
