responsibility is the fuel of society. And the core of human development. The basis for taking responsibility personal accountability. Everyone must take responsibility their own thoughts and actions. responsibility accept or relinquish responsibility . This also reflects the principle of effective leadership: if you want to lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself. Because strong people deliver strong results and create strong companies. Not the other way around.
The management consulting firm Axel Schröder invited top-tier leader research and development to “AgileDay” in Munich. There, I spoke about agility and personal responsibility. The visual summary of the presentation beautifully illustrates how creative minds work. I think it’s very well done!
