THIS EVENT WILL GIVE YOU, AS AN ENTREPRENEUR, A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE ON RECRUITMENT.
What you'll take away from this evening:
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated
You bear responsibility that most people don’t even realize exist. Hiring staff, making decisions, keeping the business running, and all while dealing with constant pressure. That’s exactly why this event is aimed at entrepreneurs who don’t just want to manage—they want to truly shape the future.
Most companies complain about a shortage of staff. And yet they always look in the same places. People with disabilities have learned what many employees never had to learn: how to deal with adversity, adapt, and keep going. Determination, resilience, and genuine gratitude for an opportunity. These are qualities that have become rare today. Yet they are overlooked—mostly out of ignorance, and sometimes out of convenience.
There are many speakers who talk about inclusion. Boris Grundl is the one who lives it.
In 1991, an accident changed everything in a matter of seconds. Boris Grundl, then 26 years old and a competitive athlete, has been paraplegic ever since. A life in a wheelchair. Forever.
What followed was not a retreat. It was a new beginning.

No diplomatic beating around the bush. No sugarcoating. Boris Grundl shows you how, as leader , you can create leader environment where everyone—with or without a disability—can reach their full potential
