Permanent transformation processes are unavoidable for companies in today's world due to revolutionary developments (through digitalization, globalization, etc.) and rapid economic growth. Among other things, the transformation process should serve to respond to the changes of the digital age and enable companies to adapt to rapidly changing markets.
While the economy as a whole has always been subject to a certain urge for transformation, which was particularly evident in macroeconomic developments, a concrete framework for change processes can be identified at the microeconomic level. This affects not only an entire industry, but also the company itself.
The business of change
When you think about change, what images come to mind? What situations do you envision, and what specifically do you think about?
No one has been able to escape the magic of change since the dawn of time, which was the subject of a very interesting and profound lecture by our owner Boris Grundl. We all live with change from the moment we are born. From childhood onwards, our surroundings, the people around us, and situations change—yes, even we ourselves change on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
Change—or rather, transformation—is our business. For 18 years, we have been transforming people and processes with our products and services. We believe that the triad of thinking, acting, and impact is the best approach to personal development. This means:
- What kind of thinking leads to what kind of insights?
- Which insights lead to which actions?
- Which actions lead to which effects?
It is precisely these questions that trigger change. And that is our business. Basically, we ask Developing Questions thus help the people we work with to become the best they can be. This is not always easy and often uncomfortable. But it is very effective!

Eighteen years is a long time, during which a lot happens and even more changes. Boris Grundl understands the laws of transformation and has spent this period reflecting deeply on himself, his calling, and his work. The results to date are impressive:

That's exactly what we did. At the beginning of the year, we sat down together in a large circle and questioned Boris Grundl and the Grundl Leadership Academy, drew a line under the past, and "locked it out."
Was it easy? NO.
Was it necessary in order to keep pace with the current era and the revolutionary developments (through digitalization, globalization, etc.) and rapid economic growth? YES.
The result
We asked ourselves the following questions:

- Delimitation: Who are we not?
- Implementation: How do we intend to achieve this?
