While the economy as a whole has always been subject to a certain urge for transformation, which was particularly evident in macroeconomic developments, a concrete framework for change processes can be identified at the microeconomic level. This affects not only an entire industry, but also the company itself.

The business of change

When you think about change, what images come to mind? What situations do you envision, and what specifically do you think about?

No one has been able to escape the magic of change since the dawn of time, which was the subject of a very interesting and profound lecture by our owner Boris Grundl. We all live with change from the moment we are born. From childhood onwards, our surroundings, the people around us, and situations change—yes, even we ourselves change on a physical, mental, and emotional level.

Change—or rather, transformation—is our business. For 18 years, we have been transforming people and processes with our products and services. We believe that the triad of thinking, acting, and impact is the best approach to personal development. This means:

  1. What kind of thinking leads to what kind of insights?
  2. Which insights lead to which actions?
  3. Which actions lead to which effects?

It is precisely these questions that trigger change. And that is our business. Basically, we ask Developing Questions thus help the people we work with to become the best they can be. This is not always easy and often uncomfortable. But it is very effective!
